\u2022 Hands-on experiences and solid understandings on system\/performance optimization
\u2022 Strong system building skill & knowledge, solid understanding of Operating System, Parallel Computing, Distributed System
\u2022 Comfortable and experienced in software development life cycle – coding, debugging, optimization, testing, integration
\u2022 MS\/PhD in Computer Science or other related fields
\u2022 Good communication skills and team collaboration
